Nightshift I would agree with you except they have made it clear they do not want to get on and have threatened my son and his mates with a shovel, when he was walking down the ROW and his mates are only 6-10yrs old, also they have not taken legal advise even though they were advised too by my solicitor and it was made clear to them at the beginning that if they did not cease taking my fence down then i would pursue legal action and this could mean paying costs, but they deemed too think they were in the right and made no attempt to converse with me. I don't think we will ever get on as they completely blank me all the time and did so before this blew up.
