My boys like to play games online but I think it's asking for trouble to keep going to these games sites because some of them put things onto your computer and slow it down because they use up space. I keep finding things when I use the spy programmes and I'm sure that's where they come from because I don't go anywhere except from places I think are safe to go to.

Is there anything I can do to stop these spy programmes getting onto my computer or do I have to keep checking and taking them off it all the time?

Using official sites can make online gaming more secure, you will still need to sweep your computer for spyware on a regular basis.

My wife enjoys visiting Gamesgarage, particularly this page GameGarage.co.uk puzzles The site redirects you to host sites which appear safe to use.

I play games online so do my children. To be honest I haven't a clue what sites they visit, but I know from time to time we all go to the Popcap site Cory has mentioned.

A forum I subscribe to has a good selection in its arcade. You'll find it at >>> SaxonSquare.com
You have to register to play the games.
Same as here, you don't have to be a registered member to browse the site.

You can also play games on Yahoo.

Spywareblaster prevents the installation of unwanted software onto your PC, as opposed to cleaning it off like some other products. Well worth downloading, and keeping up-to-date regularly.

They found some new games sites in the summer one of them is http://www.uk.zylom.com/ and another one is http://www.absolutist.com/ You can play there games online but my boys always want to down load them to get the full game and it ends up costing a lot.
